As a future homeowner and/or current investor in Sky Beach Resort, we wanted to reach out and fill you in on our progress.
As you know, after securing a deal in writing with David Kosoy of Sterling Global and Sterling Bank and Trust, in June of 2022, he has defaulted on his obligation to provide formal documentation that is needed by all stakeholders(Contractors, Construction Lenders, Hotel Brand, etc) to move forward with our beautiful Sky Beach Resort project.
As you know, we have in our possession the email agreement on the purchase, providing 8ght, LLC, presale authorization, and as Mr. Kosoy requested, based upon his legal commitment to send a formal PSA, we deposited into his Sterling Bank and Trust of the Bahamas, $2,225,000. We have very aggressively, endeavored to compel him to move forward, but Mr. Kosoy remains unethically, withholding progress and has broken every & all promises made to us, both legally & in good faith.
8ght, LLC has been consistent and extremely cooperative, providing everything that Mr. Kosoy has asked. Right up until last month when again, after doing so, Mr. Kosoy failed to fulfill his legal obligations to 8ght, LLC & you, once again.
However, at this time, and with the recent Guilty Verdict & ruling, against Sterling Asset Management, in a case very similar to ours and with the investigations underway by both the Central Bank and Securities Division into David Kosoy's Banking and Securities Licenses, we feel we need to register both, a class action law suit and sponsor 72 individual/owner law suits on behalf of you, our homeowners and investors in Sky Beach Resort in Bahamas court. These actions against David Kosoy, Steve Tiller, Ross Brennan, Sterling Global, Sterling Asset Management, all of the Bahamas will have significant cost. However, we have received commitment from our development capital partner to proceed.
We cannot list all of the various violations here for which these numerous complaints will be filed. However, there are many, and we will be filing for additional damages on behalf of each of you, for loss of use funds, interest, penalties, loss of income, and any other inconvenience and pain and suffering due to Mr. Kosoy's actions. Any and all damages collected will distributed to homebuyers and investors who remain in good standing with 8ght, LLC. We are seeking very high 8 figure amounts in all aforementioned damages.
